Update on our van...(changing my rating from a 1 to 3 because I feel the Service department did what they could to fix the situation. ) They finally determined yesterday it was the torque converter that caused our transmission to go out. Not sure if the torque converter can even make the stupid transmission go out or not, but going to cost us a ridiculous amount of money to fix!!!
