This was our first time at Stew Hansen’s. We test drove a used Dodge Journey, scorching hot outside and Bob McKeehan was very patient and helpful showed us other SUV’s when we decided the Journey wouldn’t have been enough room for us. It was 98 degrees and I was in the car with my two little girls and my A/C started making a crazy sound and stopped working. I called Stew Hansen thinking I would make an appointment for service and got connected to Marco. He talked me through some possible troubleshooting and then explained that the next service appointment was several days away but I should just come in real quick and he could take a look for me. I'm from Colorado and was on my way to Des Moines to visit family, got outside Council Bluffs when my Renegade notified me that it needed an oil change. Looked up Stew Hansens, seen they have an Express Lane and drove over to them the next morning. I had the oil changed and tires rotated in less then 30 minutes, they honored my Jeep Wave Program card which got me both the oil change and tire rotation for free and also gave me a card for a free car wash (this was GREATLY appreciated! Stews is an awesome place to do business with, I recently bought my first vehicle from them and from start to finish the process was quick and painless they're staff is really knowledgeable and very good at what they do... they're service department is really good too... cant say I recall ever being treated better
