Waited almost 2 hours for our food and melted milkshakes we won't be going back
Walked in and were told there was a 30-40 minute wait which was ridiculous as I saw four, four tops and two, six tops that had not been cleared down. I asked why this was and the the two teenage nitwit hostesses replied we have to wait to have them cleared. I told them you have hands go clear them help out. They looked at me like I was crazy. I have waited tables and if there was ever a 30-40 minute wait and tables were left uncleared We would have been written up and possibly fired regardless if they were our tables or not.
Almost comically bad. Every aspect of my breakfast experience this morning was horrendous. Waitress spent more time complaining about her problems than facilitating food service. Extremely long wait for everything, incomplete orders eventually arrived, by the time staff returned with silverware food was cold. Everything was badly overcooked. I have never been won't wait in a hour and half line. Because I can't carry out. I won't go, I hate when n people tell me how I have to eat my food.
Took 25 mins to get a table...understandable. I took over an hour to get food. I have eaten at alot of steak n shakes through the south and your restaurant is a freaking joke...hope your out of business soon and I called customer service just to let them know how fuckin horrible you are.
Came here at 4:00 in the morning, waited two hours for a slider and a milkshake. Trash galore out back, I have pictures, people in and out at their leisure while me and other customers are waiting to order. Get to the speaker order my food, wait for a total, about ten minutes pass, I say "Hello" another person asks to retake my order, waited another 45 minutes just to get to the food window! Absolutely horrible, unless you have a whole day to waste.
