Dined in on Saturday night and was in and out in about thirty minutes. Our waitress, Destiny, was great, very friendly and regularly checked in on our table. The S'mores milkshake was one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back.
My food has been messed up 3 out of the 4 times there. After waiting in line far longer then one should have to wait it isn't worth going back to get the right food. On the 4th and last time there the girl at the window said my food was givin' to the car in front of me and she laughed i had waited 45mins. and she just laughed. Trying this place for first time and all I wanted was a milkshake. I thought the line was long for the great food but it's for the slow ass service. 4 cars in front of me and it's been 15 mins to order and haven't even gotten to the window to pay. Overrated by far! I won't be back to even try the food.
Truly one of the worst customer service experiences i have had and for all the same reasons as the other reviewers. I won't be going back as the food is not worth it.
You should have done the veterans day special. Theres. No reason why you wouldnt. Its a national holiday and you corporation did it, you should have too. Theres no reason not to. Bad business and unkind.
Not a fan at all... And our waitress was super slow..also the menu tells you what the burgers come with... but when you order ,she tells you it comes plain and what would you like on it.. Kinda crazy....
I was number five in line in the drive through... It took 62 minutes to get my food. I will never come back.

If you have been to Steak n Shake in Midwest, you will never compare this to Mcdonalds/ Wendys or BK. It is fresh food and fresh shakes. Prices are VERY reasonable. Love it....Love it
