Waited in line for 30 minutes to get a cold burger and cold fries. Awful service with awful food. Called and asked to speak to manager with no response. Terrible dining experience
Third time in this place,the drive thru will take at least 45 min of your time, girls twerking at the window,managers sitting at the bar eating and chilling while everybody else is screaming all over the place, servers act like they dont want to be there, i order the queso steak cheeseburger, it was supposed to have poblano peppers, bell peppers, and queso, well i got the smallest burger ever, with melted cheese and tortilla stripps and jalapeños, my husband order the cajun fries, they didnt look like the picture, they just ... read more
The wait is ridiculous!!! They need better staff or something
This location is terrible mainly because of the service. I just got home from here right now. It took me about 20 min to get there waited in line for 30 min ordered my food and when I went to the window to pay the employee was talking on her phone. then when I got my food the forgot the drinks so once I finally got my food I went home and turns out the drinks were wrong as was my husbands sandwich. I'm very disappointed I was really looking forward to this food and now I'm just too angry to eat it so it's going in the trash.
I've gone to this restaurant about a dozen times, hoping I would eventually get the experience I have in other states, but surprise! Another terrible experience, just like every other... talking to drive through staff was like talking to a child, explaining my order 4 or 5 times only to have it repeated back wrong. Finally get the order right after about 5 minutes of "what was that? Hold on... sorry, did you want this? hold on..." and they got the order wrong at the window. The food is barely Warm i hope they improve the one in Illinois is way better
Horrible service. Inside or drive threw. You all need to get it together.
