Visited for the first time. Came in at 6:30pm, sat right down with no wait and ordered my meal within 5 minutes. They also have a carry out line which was consistently packed the entire time but seemed to move along. This is our first time ever at a Steak N Shake and we will definitely be back!
Dayonna is the sweetest, friendliest, hardworking waitress that we've had at Syrah 'n Shake!!
Terrible! Served the wrong food. Didn't get our drinks. When we finally received our drinks they were wrong too. When I questioned the sweet tea, she said that's how our tea is, it's bad here, you want soda? Really why would you tell a customer your tea is bad, than serve it to them? Is not like the Steak n Shake in Illinois!
Worse service ever. Slow line then rude when you get there. First and last time for sure.
My single bacon cheese burger was delicious, it was the best I ever had and there milkshakes ate the old fashion ones and hmmmm good.
The server was really nice and made sure she checked on us occasionally. She had a great attitude and handled her tables well. However, the kitchen was a different story. It took 30 minutes to get my shake then 50-55 minutes to get my food. When I looked at the kitchen it looked like no one really understood what they were doing. There is no way it should take that long for a burger, fries, and a shake. I will just wait until I go visit FL again to go to another Steak and Shake. Very disappointed.
