So I waited 30 min to sit, 15 min for the server to make an appearance, and 35 min for the food. In short, the wait staff sucked and the resteraunt was dirty. I saw our waiter twice and he didn't check on us once during the meal. I get that this is a fast food restaurant but we can all get better service at the Chick-fil-A.
First time. Totally disappointed! Asked to sit in booth with wet table & seats. Had to get napkins to dry it off. Took 20 minutes to get milkshake. Took 45 minutes + to get sliders. Then an additional 8 minutes to get Chili Mac. Sliders over cooked. Grissly. Epic fail for something I was so excited about.
Slowest service!!!! Food not worth the wait. Never coming back.
Alot of flies, the owner eats while working in front of you and their is trash everywhere
I did not mind the 25 minute wait to be seated or the almost half hour for our burgers, minus mustard, but I can not help wonder how long the drive thru customers waited, they were backed up onto Veterans Highway. This is NOT a fast food joint.
Four out of five orders at our table were wrong; not to mention one of the drinks. We weren't given enough silverware which meant we were sharing napkins. Our waitress came by twice to see how our food was even though she could see our food had not arrived (45 min after placing the order). Both trash dumpsters were overflowing into the parking lot and the drainage ditch served as a median for the drive thru lanes. Worse service ever an hour before we got some of our food. ..told by waitress to eat what at had and would bring or sausage when the cooks finished frying it. ...Manager was useless. ...3 families walked out before we did after waiting over an hour also. ...bacon was burned. ..eggs were fried hard. ...got all you can eat pancakes and she brings one and said they would bring some more when they got caught up in the kitchen. ...I guess when my sausage got done. ...so I left the food without paying and watched 2 other families ... read more
Whoever is running this place is an idiot. We tried to go today and they closed down the restaurant because of one bad customer. They should have locked the doors if they were not going to serve customers. Instead they left the doors unlocked and then told about 20 customers that they needed to leave because they were closing and would not serve them.
