I enjoyed the food. I have been here 4 times already. Got taco salad loved it. Also had breakfast the California skillet awesome.
I am currently sitting in the drive thru line and have been for almost 2 hours. The line is backed up all the way onto Veterans Hwy. I completely understand there being a wait but the fact that it is taking so long is ridiculous. They need to work on their speed. As for the quality of food, I haven't gotten that far...I'm expecting that I won't know for another hour or so.
This was by far one of the worst places to eat. The service was horrible, the staff spent most of the time arguing over tables (quite loudly at times) and they were out of everything, including fries!!! Then tried to charge us an up charge because we had to get onion rings. Which by the way were swimming in oil on our plates. This I the worst place on earth to eat. I waited damn near an hour to be seated because the moron doing the seat kept seating people who got there after us first. Then I waited 30 minutes before a young lady came out and told me they didn't have the meal I ordered. Waited another thirty minutes before I just left. I will never go to this establishment again. This just ruined my whole fucking day. DAMN!!!! I hate everyone there!!!!
Food looks great but Extremely slow waited almost an hour for my food
Lots of work to be done...and seemingly a huge misunderstanding of opening a established successful chain in a state that's never had 1. Drastic changes in quality and service needed. ..and lots of patience from those going to weather the crowd. I saw a lot of attitudes from customers and it's was a mess. The wait was not issue ...it was the quality...and expectations of other locations. No where and i mean no where have i ever been to a place to eat fancy or otherwise where the OWNER pulled up a seat at my table and talk to us like we've been friends forever. Steak n shake has great food for reasonable price and even when there is a wait its worth it. Friendly staff and an owner who truly cares about your visit.. move over fast food world steak n shake is in it to win it!
Made a mistake getting in the drive-through line been in here for 30 minutes 5 cars ahead of me just trying to find a way out of line once I find a way out I'll come back in six months when nobodies here
Worst food ever French fries are more like potato sticks and the burgers were as flat as shingles no taste at all, all you could taste were the condiments, you have to wait 45 minutes to get your food once you order this is by no means fast food its more like fast food at a snails pace, I will never order food from here again
