Food is great, wait is too long because it is the only one I in the area. They should call this one Steak 'n Wait!
Still waiting on a phone call back from the manager about the broken glass shard that was in my son's burger yesterday. Apparently safe food and customer service are not priorities for this store.
I won't even bother with this place again. We waited 50 minutes inside for food that never arrived. My boyfriend ordered a peanut butter cup milkshake that didn't even taste like peanut butter. It was just a vanilla shake with a few mini peanut butter cups. I watched cars wait almost 10 minutes just at the drive thru window. Don't bother going there, there's plenty of other restaurants that will happily take my money and actually have food for us in a decent time.
Two hour wait and the food was cold. Very disappointing.
If I could do a zero star I would .. I've been here twice. Both times waited in the drive threw for 45 MINUTES! The fries were way under cooked and the sandwiches were cold. I sat at the pick up window for 25 MINUTES and no one said a word to me! My breakfast sand which the second time was completely undercooked and cold and the hash browns were dripping with grease and soggy. I am completely dissatisfied !
I know this comes with the new excitement of a new place around here, but even in a shorter drive thru, I timed it, almost 10 minutes per car! Food is your typical fast food. Maybe things will change as they get their bearings, but as of now, no.
Waited two and a half hours to sit down and get my food. Horrible. So unorganized and dirty!!!
Great food but the patties where a bit thicker then they should have been
First time since they opened that the line wasn't down the street so we stopped for a quick breakfast. Big mistake. They took way to long. Not just for us. Everyone was complaining. Saw at least one person give up and leave. They got my wife's order wrong. Same for the table next to us. We wanted a shake to go but gave up. Then they charged us for it anyway. Now we are waiting for the shake.........................it will be a while before we come back. Will wait to see if they get their act together.
