Total joke. Two nights in a row they closed the dinning room early claiming they were overwhelmed yet were still taking drive-thrus. Dining room was about a third occupied and only about 20 cars in drive-thru, yet they were "overwhelmed" at 11:35. Can't believe I'd see the day when a business valued the customer who won't even get out of their car to the person (s) who actually enter the establishment and choose to eat in their dining room. People seated out of order. 45 minutes to get our food. My order was wrong. Another 20 minutes to get correct food. Burger was so tiny it took up half the bread. They didn't charge us, which was smart and nice. We may go back but it'll be a long while so they get themselves together. The staff was very nice. Five Guys it is, for us.
I'm ok with waiting for a seat, especially for a new place that's just opened BUT 30 mins to get our food just for it to come out completely wrong (meaning not even the correct item we ordered) and another 45 mins, 3 waitress and a manager later I got the correct order. Our first waitress forgot initially that she didn't take our order, when we asked her the status she informed us she wasn't working anymore and couldn't help us anymore-I get you wanna go home but seriously? This place is not ready to open. What a nightmare. Terrible attitude from my server today. Over 20 minutes to get a drink and place my order (and only after getting a manager), then things continued downhill. Burger was wrong, onion rings were cold, no refills, no service at all!!!!! Then over an hour later, I waited again for the manager to give me my bill (they had to charge me for something even though the food was terrible?!) So not worth it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
I went Thursday morning because the drive thru line was really short (only 2 cars behind the menu board) we waited a total of 47 minutes in that line. I would have left, but there's a concrete curb that traps you in. Waited a total of 25 mins from the time the order was placed until the time I received the order. Needless to say everything was cold....
Man, you folks are working crazy hard to get these people some steak burgers.
They need to fire and rehire ASAP. Not expecting 4 star service but my server has yawned multiple times and is slacking big time in being attentive and polite. Drive through next time.
The first time we went the line was over an hour long for the drive thru. We ate inside and was in and out by the time a car at the end of the drive thru line was just ordering.
