VERY SLOW DRIVE THRU!!! The worst drive thru by far of any fast food franchise.
has shown big improvement since day one. Service and food quality is really good. Don't have to drive to VA store anymore as this store has more hard working staff and passionate about the customers. Shakes are AWESOME.
Too bad I can't give a minus star. Should not take 15 minutes in drive through for breakfast with no one in front of you, no one in store. And then to get what you didn't order, and coffee cold. The staff there is a joke, so unorganized, so inefficient. Everytime I asked for something that I originally ordered, the response was, "my bad". Now I see why they have a 2.3 rating. Won't be back !!!!
They stink Food wasn't even nor worthy Service slow I don't understand the hype
This is the worse fast food I ever been too, the service is bad the employee always have an attitude. How can you mess up a similar order of shooters with fries, then charge the card twice and make it the customer fault.
Had a very good meal. Parked went inside ordered carryout, had it in less then 8 minutes. Place was packed sure that the tables were not served as promptly. Message to all the people that complained about the drive thru, food is made to order don't order 80 bucks worth of food here go inside or call ahead.
Do not bother going there until they get new management. Being told that the wait for a table is 20 minutes when there are 5 empty tables is completely unacceptable. I still decided to wait, but after those 20 minutes and the same 5 tables still being open, I was disgusted, expressed my disgust to the oblivious staff and left. I may consider returning, but not until some improvement is made.
30 minutes to get 1 shake is unacceptable...You can tell that the restaurant is seriously lacking in experienced ownership, management and operations.
