Besides horrible service the owner won't honor the special breakfast for our countries veterans!!! You dont like or support our military yet you will soak up all the money you can get for your restaurants horrible service and subpar food
Employees and Managers are completely worthless. Food was ok. A male employee did not wash his hands before leaving the bathroom during my visit. I will never go here again.
It's awful funny that they are located on Veterans Highway yet fail to honor our vets. This isn't my only gripe with this place though. I worked next door to this location when it first opened and on the second day we had a waitress come into our building with tears in her eyes saying she wanted to fill out an application because she couldn't take working there one more second. Went here today for my sons birthday lunch and was told they would sing happy birthday and they completly forgot ,the service was really bad .....the waitress at first was OK but then she brought refills on drinks and as she was talking to us spit ran down her chin into one of our drinks EWWWW .I also saw a cook wipe his forehead about 8 times without changing his gloves disgusting .
It was okay. Food was bland and most of the food was cold. One word DISAPPOINTING
Slow kinda poor service I like the food but service needs to improve
The only times I get to Eat at steak and Shake is when I go to Florida, so I've been waiting for an excuse to visit Millersville from the eastern shore. In a nutshell, I can't complain about anything. We were seated within a minute of our arrival, and our waitress took our drink order a couple of minutes later: a s'mores shake and a snickers shake. There were only four people in front of me in the drive through, but it took 40min to give my order and another 20min before I got the food. Their food is not worth the hour wait! Dine in hasn't been a better option in the past either. Manager was difficult and food took forty five minutes to get to table. No apologies offered. I'm shocked they are still open.
