It took us 2 hours total in there. The service was bad the food was cold and it took 30 minutes to get water to the table after I walked up to counter and asked for the waters and a tray to carry them to thto table myself!! I was hoping it was just a fluke and not a trend but after reading the reviews I see that this happens all the time!
We went here because we were traveling from out of state. The staff was so nice and the food was absolutely delicious.
The Conversation was Great, I will admit though it that Chocolate Shake was the Best I Had since Dating in High School. Jesus Is! Peace Be Unto You All and God Bless! Jane
Awful service and the place is always such a mess
Worst customer service around. Surprised it's still open. No refills, food took way long, food missing, asked multiple times for our food, shakes never came. If you're short staffed, hire people. Terrible place.
So our waiter quit after taking our order and the rest of the staff couldn't recover. But hey thank you for the show. The upset last tossing the salad at someone was very entertaining. Only thing good about this place was the lady that sat my family at the beginning managed to still smile and keep her cool. She was a true show of how things should of got done.
Food was Awsome as all are but the service wasn't the best.
This was the worst service and worse food at any location. 15 minutes to get order taken and no refill offer or checking on customer. 20 min to get food after order taken. Fries were gross and like they were reused.....never again
Tried to eat here but they were closed due to lack of staff. Obviously they have some major problems.
