Horrible service, dirty , food all on floors and smell of urine plauged the place, napkins were never given,waitress never came back. I will never come back. Here now, worst ever.
Food was okay, but we had to remind our waitress after we started eating our meals about our waters. Which my kids never received theirs the entire time we were there. We also ended up waiting for our bill long after everyone finished eating.
The last time i was there was about a year ago and there service was great. Brought my food in a timely manner and it was delicious. For those who wrote bad reviews maybe had a crappy waiter or waitress not the ones i had. As for some of the reviews saying it was dirty that might've been a busy day for them or maybe they lost someone I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I would go again soon if i had the money :(
Hated it. Horrible servers. Sat people down who came in after us. Made sure people had gotten their food before us even though we ordered before the people we're even seated. Wasn't even given a kids menu. We we're disrespected for being an interracial couple by two servers. My keys and id we're stolen. Which was supposed to be in my back pocket. Our food also came out to us cold. We will never be going back ever!
I understand that restaurants have busy and slow days, but beings we have been here for almost an hour now and it's been SLOW, you'd think that we'd have been seated, had our drink order and regular order taken in a timely manner.. but that wasn't the case. Pretty sad that we even have to take our drink glasses up to be refilled. Very poor service.
Service is HORRIBLE! Waitresses have to be told to take your order. Waited 5 minutes to be seated, another 10 to get our drink orders taken, and another 10 minutes after that to get our food orders taken. And it would have probably been longer than that if she wasn't told to come take our order. For the love of god people do yourself a favor and find another Steak 'n Shake to go to.
I waited 20 minutes to order, then waited 25 minutes to get my order in the drive thru. They gave me regular versus the ones I ordered, the hamburger buns were rock hard and the customer service was horrible. We couldn't even eat the food. I wish I could give them zero stars. Won't be going back there.
This was the dirtiest nastiest place i have ever been the service and food were terrible and the bad part is a.manager was walking around in the mess like it wasnt there , tonight i decided to never return to the disgusting place ... such a shame
Worst service in my life. Walked out after 10 min of watching staff go out and smoke and screw around but never even asking if we had been helped.
