The food is good, it always has, but I am VERY disgusted with the service. It takes too long for our order to come, especially on milkshakes, and when the lady was bringing our food, she mistakenly placed the order on SOMEONE else's table and they touched the food. Odd how they ordered the same thing as we did but I knew it was our because the man had taken the burger apart and said there was no mayo and didn't ask for ranch as ha side. Got seated but no service for 20 mins then we left. Manager seated us then proceeded to cook.
Slow service ... 4-5 waitresses on duty only 4 groups in the place took 10 minutes to take order then 30 more to get shakes and food
Great place to take your family!!!! Thier prices are very reasonable!

When I took a job in Minneapolis the first thing I looked up was the nearest steak 'n shake
Creepy boyfriend of the waitress sitting there taking up booth space giving me the eyes gave me the creeps and made me want to leave in a hurry. I think her name was Trish. Saw a few tables wait a while for someone to come by their table all awhile Trish visited with the creepy boyfriend and other wait staff was outside the back door smoking. Hey at least the manager was nice (tall black gentleman) and the shake was very good.
