they were short-staffed and very packed but beside that they were very professional very courteous very effective at their job
Came all the way from California an I hated it food was greasy an over cooked Bad experience
Friendly, fast and good! They changed the plastic gloves every time they touched something that's a big deal for me.
The food was great but it ends there. The service absolutely terrible, place filthy. It must be the chains policy because stopped in the one in grapevine tx last year and it was the same.
Went to the drive through last night, there were a couple of people ahead of me so I didn't think it'd take too long, about 30 minutes later I reach the window and finally pay, but I still had to wait at least 15 minutes before my food even came out. Fries weren't even cooked all the way through, it's a sad day when I regret picking somewhere else over McDonalds but that's how I felt after going through this.
After getting our order wrong from sitting 20 minutes in the drive-through, not even putting the lid on the shake cup correctly and spills all over inside my vehicle lady says yep that tends to happen sometimes!! Slowest drive thru I have ever been through and still got wrong kind of shakes
Once our waitress took our order, it was wonderful service. Water was always filled and she asked multiple times how everything was. First time there and hoping to go back the next time we are in town!!
Dingy. Slow service, untidy kitchen, server on carry out desk stunk of cigarettes.
They only had 1 server but we counted at least 13 employees. This one server served my family of 4 a couple next to us 13 nuns and another couple across the way. We were there from start 2 finish 1hr 30 min . This is not how u run a business. I felt bad for our waitress Kandi she did the best she possible could.
