Server had to come back multiple times for food and drink order worst service we have had. Its not even that busy. We didn't even get our drinks till about 15 min after our food came out. 2 young kids working and an older lady. The tables around us still have food on them from an hour ago. Its now 8:00 and we got here about 6:30.
All I can say is disgusting. I don't like writing bad reviews because every buisness has rough days. However, this place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years! We got seated and after waiting 10 min to even get acknowledged and have the opportunity to hear about how horrible the food and service was we left. The one in Liberty is a much better choice.
The restaurant is disgusting and filthy. The manager asked if food could be reserved that was served to a table that walked out (health code violation!!!). Can't believe she said that while in ear shot of customers much less considered it.
Service was friendly and burger was good as usual.
Horrible from the moment we walked in! My son has his heart set on a shake so I sucked it up and dealt with the instant odor when we walked through the doors, proceeded to wait 5 minutes to order or drinks and food all at the same time. Soon didn't recurve shake till we were done eating and fighting numerous flies, then waited another 2-3 minutes for someone to come and check us out... Could have easily dined and dashed, probably should have due to lack of service!
Last night was the worse expirence ever. Been there lots n service was horrible. Stood in line ten minutes to pay bill while 7 people stood around hollering cash to a guy that was in the back. Had to ask three servers to get silverware hubby chilli got no crackers asked for light onion got a whole onion on my samich. It was aweful server almost threw our drinks on the table was clearly flustered. No wonder a now hiring sign on door.
Went in to order, paid, and waited 40 min. for our food. Then still got the order wrong. Used to like this place, not so much now. Will be sure to tell friends.
Awesome place. Great service. Friendly staff. Love the shakes. Butter finger my favorite.
TERRIBLE! Third time and it's awful! They always mess up our order and we wait forever. This time, however, we got to see the employees get into a fight in front of all the customers! Last time I'm trying this place. Told management and they blew us off.
