The manager Shawn is so nice....thank you great service......
Food is usually good but their service sucks. There's always someone talking way too loud and cutting you off running the drive through speaker. Saying 'Is that it?' between every word you say. Meh.
The food is usually pretty good but the service is awful!! We sat here for 10 minutes before anyone even got a drink order. 20 minutes before we got our drinks and they weren't even right! All while the manager was sitting around not paying any attention. HORRIBLE!
I feel bad for the kids working here. This restaurant is understaffed and the manager is not a good leader. It's like he does not care about patrons.
I thought I would have a burger and shake... Sounded good right... They never brought my shake even spoke to mngr ... Now I know why I NEVER come to this place. Even after years of not coming here still the same old crap. NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE TO EAT
My daughter had drunk all of her pop and took the lid off to eat the ice when she found a used napkin at the bottom of her cup. Will not be going back
Sat for 15 min with few people in restaurant all servers looking at us. No one came to our table to take our order for 15 minutes! Walking by U.S. And 2 more families came in and we're almost immediately served with a waitress! Service is the WORST! We got up and left. Went to mcdonalds!
I love the food here, but my boyfriend literally got there at 8:15 PM and not only did they take 20 minutes but they fucked up the order twice. And, on top of that, he sat in the drive-through for five minutes not knowing that it was broken because there was no sign. Will probably never return.
