We constantly give this location a chance. Everytime we go the entire restaurant is dirty. Employees stand around talking. We stand at the door waiting for a long time. This location needs a serious overhaul of management and employees that give a shit. Tip to the cook... stop eating in the window!!!
Poor customer service, waiter had to repeatedly come back to the table to ask us about our order after waiting to be seated, waiting for menus. Our food sill came out wrong, the fries were nasty. The manager was sweeping the floor while people were eating (one of my pet peeves). I had to ask him not to do that while we were eating. The place was dirty and as far as we could tell, plenty of employees per customers yet everyone had to wait to be greeted, seated and served. I won't be back.

The food was ok , our waitress was very good. Only problem I saw it takes forever to get Waited on and the time it takes to actually get you food it just pathetic . Why would it Take a hour to get a few burgers? Come on Steak 'N Shake you can do better! If they Forget your shake like they did mine it takes forever to get it. I really wonder why you Are still in business. ........?
Been in this place for 30 minutes and still havnt got a drink.
I've been sitting at the counter for 10 minutes and no one has spoken to me. Not worth the wait for "fast" food.
Even though our waitress was training a new girl, they both were fantastic.Our food was really good and delivered to us quickly. And our shakes were yummy.We have never been to anther Steak 'n Shake, and don't plan too, as long as our Steak 'n Shake on 40 Hwy remains the same. Excellent.
