The service was terrible no clean dishes and change we waited to long on our food and people just got up and left because they wasn’t getting waited on plus they messed up on our order all tables was dirty I couldn’t believe how terrible it was and the manger didn’t care
Less than one star! Took about 3 hours. Horrible service, waitress never checked on us, didn't give us all of our order, and manager didn't seem to notice or care when everybody started walking out on them. Very inattentive, and poor quality for the food as well. Fries were hot, burger was cold. Their service has been steadily declining over the past year. Now it seems like they have finally reached rock bottom. In short, NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.
We waited and hour and a half inside for our food and never got it so decided to tell them we would pick it up in drive thru since we had 2 one year olds. Then waited another hour in drive thru for our food and still had to pay full price!!! WTH??? Owners you owe us some free food!!!!

Food was ok. Not quite what I was expecting. The service was a complete shit show! There were a lot of workers standing around and only 2 of them seemed to be able to take our order and make our shakes and food. I watched one employee, I’m assuming go into the back and get food. Another fixed her hair behind the counter. While another stood there and watched. I may try it again but I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
Worst food/service EVER
First time i ever ate at one of these,Waited 20 min. for 2 wisconsin burgers with a quarter size lump of what appeared to be onion, room temp, fries were stale and room temp as well........and that's the LAST time i will ever eat at ANY steak n shake. Y'all enjoy.......
