Waited in the drive thru for 15 min for 2 shakes. We finally went inside to get them and he just went back to make them as he saw us come in. The cups had ice cream all over them and he gave us no napkins. My husbands wasn't too terrible, however the strawberry banana shake he ordered had huge chunks of bananas - too big to pick up with the spoon and one was so brown, it looked rotten. restaurant was very dirty. food was cold. was out of shake syrup, burger bun, and apparantly nuts (missing from shake). worse shake and steak experience. usually food is great but not this location.

I ordered two mushroom swiss, the WI burger, a choc shake, peanut butter cup shake and strawberry banana shake. I get two PB shakes. Sent it back and they correct. I comment that the cups were not full (about 3/4) and I was told oh well. Then I get my burgers and leave only to find out I had 3 mushroom and meat burgers with no cheese. Really?!? I thought I would try them again but they continue to have service issues.
Waitress never checked on us. Place was dirty. Order got messed up.
Our server was amazing food was great as usual. One of the best Steak ‘n Shake experiences I’ve had.
