I was there yesterday at 5:30 trying to order some food your person that takes the orders was very rude to me and told me that it would be five minutes even before she would take my order I didn’t get it so she repeated it again in a rude manner she fully convinced me not to eat there sad but true you need to get your workers were there more friendlier with people if you want to stay in business so I went somewhere else that appreciated my money sad but true!!!!
Service always slow here but my 5 yr old grandson really wanted to come. It is the closest to my house. Waited 20 minutes for our food(yes I timed it). Had to take my grandson to the bathroom. Left his jacket and our ticket at the table. Came back from the bathroom and all of our food was gone. He only got to eat half of his meal. Entire time I was there I heard the manager telling people "I'm sorry about that" "Really sorry about that." NEVER coming back to this one!
The only complaint i have, is there fries are so small.
Staff was friendly, food was awesome. Our waiter was quick to handle our requests!
Last night was horrible. They were understaffed I guess. It took a long time just to get our drink orders, then our drinks were done when our food arrived, but never got a refill. Heck the server never even came back to the table. But when it was time to pay she asked if I was gonna leave a tip. Wtf! Heck to the No No NO!
