Waited 10 minutes to be greeted at the table, 15 minutes for our drinks to come out, three tables which ordered after us received food before us, and the food was both burnt and cold. Horrible service.
Love their fries!!! Hamburgers are good too! Gonna try the chili some time.
Went for dinner and all you could here where the girls laughing talking out loud while the manager was outside on break very rude staff will not go back
I love Steak ‘n Shake, but this particular one was dirty and had poor service.
Service was slow. Some people actually walked out but the food was worth the wait.
Extremely dirty. Really slow service. And people who do not care.
Only waited a half hour in the drive thru. Oh, and it would have also been nice to know you're out of dipping sauce BEFORE I order and pay.
They SUCK ! PERIOD. I work across the street and it should be quick and easy to get lunch and after 25 minutes they came out with half my order and messed that up. Three people that came in after me got their shit before me and they just stuffed the crap in a bag and made the rest of what they didn't the first time. Do your self a favor punch your self in the face and eat a big steaming turd instead
The service at the Independence location is terrible!
