It's just amazing how someone can f/u a simple hamburger. Ketchup is the red stuff, pickles are green and mustard is yellow. This continues to be a problem at the 40 high way location. They continue to advertise for help, the next step will be customers needed.
Waited over and hour for our food was never given the shake I ordered and come to find out the server never rang our order in
I keep giving this place a shot hoping it will change. Service is terrible. Every.single.time. The wait is way too long as well. Very disappointing because I love the food. Get your act together guys.

Very friendly ....but forgot some of our order....it did take a long time to get out order..
Service always sucks! People are idiots! Food is usually good.
Walked out without eating. Took 5 minutes to be seated. 20 minutes to order, drinks & food. Then food was served to a table that had only been there a couple minutes. At that point we walked out.
