Slow service, my burger was hard but at least the chili fries were good and so was the shake that was the only bonus
We waited an hour and didn't get our food, seen 3 tables get their food before us, we didn't get told what was going on or nothing, we just walked out.
Seems like every time I go here anymore it gets worse and worse. I go inside to get a shake in a glass not a to go cup.. .if I wanted it on a to go cup I would have went through the drive through. The time I came before this time I wanted cheese fries and they ran out of cheese.
I will avoid it next time. It was not clean. Trash in the cooking area was over flowed onto the floor. My burger was small and dry and the guacamole sauce was in one little clump in the center. Fries were cold and dried out! Very unusual for a Steak n Shake. They should have some guidance!!!!
Literally the worst service ever. I understand employees calling off, however when I was a steak n shake server I would have gotten my butt chewed. Took 40 minutes for my friends water to come out. It's not even that busy
Slow service, wasn't busy, chili cup was stone cold, had to ask for refills. 2nd time we had bad service. Never again...I'll drive to Lee's Summit.
Bathroom is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! Said it would take 10 to 12 minutes to get food...actually took 20. Nobody cleaned the floor in the dining area. Gross. That was our very first experience with Steak N Shake.....:(
