The service is horrible!! People coming in after us are getting their food and here we sit for an hour and half without anything..I defiantly won't be back
Sooo....you screw up about 15000 things with our order and then ask me why we ordered it that way? Horrible customer service.
I will never step foot in this store again! The food was ok, but when my husband and I checked out I tried to use two gift cards I had. One had never been used and the other had a little over $6 on it. Both were declined by the register. I still had receipts for both cards. The manager came over to try to get them to work and could not. When I told him I still had the receipts, he said that I could have used them between the time I bought them and tried to use them today, basically said I was lying about them. Absolutely the WORST experience we have EVER had at any Steak n Shake. Waited 42 minutes after placing our order. My wife had posted some photos so we had accurate timeline no exaggeration necessary. Then the waitress tried lying, claiming 20 minutes. She never returned to clear the table or offer any other service dessert etc. Will not be back to this store ever again.
This has to be the dirtiest restaurant I ever seen and one day I went to drive through and saw kitchen disgusting. Service terrible, terrible attitude. I will never go back
I'm never returning to this location the lady in the drive up window was rude I asked for a shake she didn't even put it on my order she threw my debit card at me and my drink and shoved my bag of food at me
Service and food was ok but all steak n shakes are always so dirty and floors are slippery
Literally 20 people just left. 3 tables open and not sitting anyone b/c they’re “short staffed”. Manager standing at cash register and said nothing. Guess they don’t want business.
