They dont even deserve a 1 but makes me put something that dude cecil is a piece of work and dude made it where we will never go back ive been a regular for say 6yrs and u will not see my face again unless u get that worthless manager cecil out of there piss poor customer service and he let a customer just start running tables because it was so hectic�
We waited in drive thru last night from 11:11-11:42. 3 of the kitchen staff went on break at the same time by the dumpster. The man in front of me had to get out of his car and go inside, only to be told everyone from the kitchen went to break. When we finally got up to the drive thru, we were told it would take an additional 15-20mins for our food. I asked why we waited for so long and was told they are short staffed. Then don't allow them to all take a break at the same time? Never going back.

Normally this S&S is great, but tonight it was awful! I got my food right away but had to wait 10 additional minutes for one milkshake. They had orders lined up on the counter and my sandwiches were practically cold when I got them. The cashier didn't apologize for the wait or even tell me what the hold up was. I got a melt and a double and my double wasn't stacked at all. The patties were maybe half on the sandwich and my bottom bun was way off. Super disappointed.
Food was great but service was crappy took forever to get our food and waitress didn't ask if we wanted refills.
Terrible after waiting n the drive threw for almost 30 mins our food was cold n fries where like raw more then once I have been to this location n have had a bad experience more then likely won't return
We waited 30 minutes for 4 carry out milkshakes. In the time we were waiting a couple tables were seated, and served their whole meals - including milkshakes. We'll be finding someplace else to stop for a treat next time.
