The person I’m assuming is the manager stood around doing nothing, almost all the staff was standing around talking while we waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks let alone our food and shakes. She got water instead but charged her $2 for soda. They messed up all of our orders, and overcharged all of us for things we didn’t get. The whole tim... read more
Never had a bad experience here. Get a shake and relax.
The worst Steak 'n Shake I have ever been to. Please read the rest of the one-star reviews, I assure you they are all entirely accurate.
I just left there..waited over half hour. For my food.couldn't eat the fries they were like rocks ! The. Girl at windows clothes were so disgustingly nasty ( inside coller of her shirt was brown from filth & under. Her arms & going down her shirt was nasty brown) its supposed to be white. Used to love coming here..not no more. Guess I'll go to Illinois rd.
We waited a very long time for our food. There was wilted and bad lettuce in both our salads. When we got ready to leave we ordered 2 milk shakes for my grandchildren 1 child's for the 3 year old and 1 regular one for the 11 year old . 20 min after ordering we recieved 2 regular shakes. Don't think we will be back to this particular Steak and Shake again.
