Totally disgusting floors were dirty sticky i sent my shake back 2 times was melted both times. I still had to pay & i couldnt even drink it nasty wont be back
Place has gone down hill SO FAST! I'm never and HATE being that "guy" but I've even had to call corporate! Used to be great, but now?....trash! Drive thru is never open at night anymore and the food quality and employee quality is just crap! The person I’m assuming is the manager stood around doing nothing, almost all the staff was standing around talking while we waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks let alone our food and shakes. Our waitress was nice, but I had another one roll her eyes at me when I asked for something, then they charged my friend for a soda she never got (because they were out of Diet Coke). The worst Steak 'n Shake I have ever been to. Please read the rest of the one-star reviews, I assure you they are all entirely accurate.
I just left there..waited over half hour. For my food.couldn't eat the fries they were like rocks ! The. Girl at windows clothes were so disgustingly nasty ( inside coller of her shirt was brown from filth & under. Her arms & going down her shirt was nasty brown) its supposed to be white. Used to love coming here..not no more. Guess I'll go to Illinois rd.
We waited a very long time for our food. There was wilted and bad lettuce in both our salads. When we got ready to leave we ordered 2 milk shakes for my grandchildren 1 child's for the 3 year old and 1 regular one for the 11 year old . 20 min after ordering we recieved 2 regular shakes. Don't think we will be back to this particular Steak and Shake again.
