I really wish I could give zero stars. The floor was dirty, the tables were all dirty, it was busy and we were told to find out own seat, so grabbed our own menus on the way. Walked around till we found a seat, brushed the crumbs from the table sat down. Went to use the restroom and vomit everywhere, that was the last straw, we left, we won't be going back to this location, it was disgusting and violating so many health codes. Never again.
We walked into this location, and the host says sit where ever mind you this place was busy and the tables were disgusting. The men's restroom had puke all over the stall and paper towel on the floor and on the outside of the restroom. We didn't even order, we were so grossed out that we will not be back.
40 minutes in the drive thru to get my order with a half-hearted “Sorry about your wait”. Terrible!!
Took my family there in sat April 20th 2018.I got a salad the chicken was cold and really hard and my boyfriend got taco salad and was a a little portion of meat and the was slot if empty tables and no one was cleaning them off meanwhile there was a ton of people waiting to be seated and not getting waited on and a few customers got tired of wating and left.We talked to the general manger and was making excuses and having all the people in kitchen And not having some working on customer service.Will NOT go back to that one .
An hour long wait for our food, wait staff ignored us for 30 minutes while we waited for them to take our order. Noodles for chili mac supreme and chili 5 way were like rubber and hard. WORST experience ever at a Steak N Shake.
What a joke. Horrible service, we waited about an hour for our food. When it came out wrong, the waitress claimed she didn't write it down right. How's it end up on the receipt then? Hmm never going back.
Service sucked. 20 minutes to get drinks even when sat in the booth directly behind the drink machine. Another 15 for food. Had to order our drinks and food at the same time because we had to wait for so long to get waited ON. Staff was unfriendly and seemed like customers were a nuisance. Will not return to this location.
Visited today. I ordered the Guacamole steak burger with fries and a Reeses peanut butter shake. All i can say is....AWESOME! I will definitely order this again. Not one complaint.
