Sidewalk and inside tile floor were very slippery and dangerous. Service was slow table's weren't bussed. Food on floor.
Just walked out!!! Our stupid waitress was so high on weed and smelled so bad if it, she could barely keep her eyes open. Took her 20 min to even bring us our drinks after we ordered and that was because I went to the drink counter and asked her for them. Too busy in the other room on her phone and getting herself drinks. Slow service is an understatement a a rating. Unbelieveable 😡🙄
The last 3 times i have been there it took 30mins or longer for 2 shakes and each time they have gotten both shake orders wrong. Tried going again tonight and a sign on drive thru read " Drive Threw (yes it was spelled this way, which is beyond me as to how stupid someone could be other than it being a joke which isn't funny nor approproate for a business) closed" So needless to say never going to this place again. The Drive thru is always terribly slow, they must be understaffed, waited 30 minutes for two shakes 2 nights ago with one the shakes being wrong. then again tonight, the drive through was closed, and my boyfriend went inside and said there was only 2-3 people inside working and the counter area was super crowded. This place has only been getting worse since I’ve lived in Fort Wayne.
Super slow. The drive thru is always wrapped around the whole building so I decided to go inside and try and order three shakes to go. I was able to place my order immediately for just three shakes. However, it took more than 30 minutes to receive the three shakes.
this restaurant is filfthy dirty and disgusting. poor service and cold food
I didn't recommend anything about Steak and Shake That was horrible service are to-go shakes we had to wait a half-hour for it was the most miserable time I ever spent in a restaurant in my life that was my first time to a Steak and Shake ever and I'm sure I will never go back again I will not be a repeat customer the service was miserable and the staff was so unprofessional walking around talking about how they needed help here and help their as they would have just put the effort in into doing their jobs and instead of wal... read more
Waited 40 minutes from the time we pulled into the drive through line until we got our food. Complained to the manager and her response was to say "so what?" She was rude as can be and kept saying "and" when we explained how long we had been waiting in the drive through line. Wont be back.
