had to wait for 20 minutes on my mobile order! food was cold and i had missing items ..manager was rude had to convince her to replace my order ...i just want my order right. im not wanting free food

Made an order at 8pm sat waiting to pay until 8:11pm got food at 8:22pm only to look in the bag the fries was only half full and the burgers was burnt to top it all off my lemonade taste like water. Smh not eating here anymore they could have out of business.
Ordered my burger with no onions and there were onions on it. The fries are also way to salty. Not a good start since they just reopened. Also no napkins in the bag.
I have never seen a restaurant floor and restrooms so filthy. this was supposed to be a Frisco
The worst service ever. Takes forever to get sitted, order, and receive ur food. Then to cash out ur standing there for over half hr. Plus ppl walked out without paying cuz they were tired of waiting
This place is a filthy mess. I will never go back there. The whole place is like a grease pit. The manager was yelling at an employee for all to hear. I did not get my shake until the meal was done. That seems to be a problem at all Steak n Shakes. Restrooms were a wreck. We stood at the register for a good 10 minutes before anyone bothered to take our money. Mind you, this was not a busy or peak time.
Bad service !!!!!!!!👎!!!!
