We were at the Coldwater road location in Fort Wayne Saturday December 1st, 2018. The service was piss poor. It took nearly an hour for our order to get there. My taco salad looked like crap and was not very good, the floors were greasy and slippery, there was no sugar at the tables and the coffee was served cold. It took over 20 minutes of trying to flag someone down to get sugar and a new cup of coffee only to be served a half full lukewarm coffee. worse ever won't be going back anytime soon
Waited 10 minuets to be seared. After we were seated we sat (at our table) for over 15 minuets waiting for a waiter/waitress to take our drink orders. This never happened. After waiting another 5 minuets without a waiter/waitress ever coming to our table we got up and walked out. The place wasn’t even half full and there were plenty of wait staff standing around. Will not be going back to this steak n’ shake anytime soon. The worst service I’ve ever seen.
horridly slow service for a place only 1/2 full. waited 15 minutes after being seated before our waitress finally made herself known. no apology or anything. took our order, then took another 10 minutes to receive 2 milkshakes. very disappointed in this location and it's service. not to mention the dirty vents and ceiling by them. definitely will not be back
very slow and after finally getting the food, it was wrong and had to wait again. also the five way chili is no longer chili but a child size spaghetti with a s small amount of chili ( like maybe two small tablespoons)
Not good service. Was slow and messed up orders
Absolutely appalled at the service at this place. Waited forever to be seated. Waited another 10 mins to get drink order in. Then had to wait another 15 to get food in and still no drinks. Drinks came out about 5 mins before food after being there for almost an hour at that point. Food was cold and one of our kids meals had only a few fries. Waitress promised to bring more out and never did.bathroom was disgusting. The list goes on and on. Over all a terrible experience will not be returning!
got my burger after a long wait and it was all squished and soggy and didnt taste any better than an overpriced amusement park burger
Tried to eat here and waited to be seated for ten minutes with no one even acknowledging us. Finally turned around and walked out. Will not eat here ever again.
