This place is gross! Filthy! People were sitting at the counter eating food from someplace else so they could hang out with a worker while she was behind the counter!
Absolutely RUDE servicers! I am here now. I stood waiting for 10 minutes before having to grab my own menu and seat myself. Even the manager passed by without saying a word! One waitress, Juquita, was running around trying to help everyone she could while one young lady was asked if she was taking any new tables she blatantly said "No!" Juquita just came over and made me feel better. However, EVERYONE else here is being SO unprofessional.
It was not busy. Timing, preparation, presentation, attitude, etc. Waited 10 min at drive speaker, told me it'd be another 15 min before they could take the next order, and I left. I CAME BACK, waited 10 min again, told them I've been waiting, they told me "just go ahead". Ordered, drove up, they quickly took payment at 6:05, and at 6:25 I finally got my food. Fries were burnt and cold, burgers were not prepared with correct condiments and cold, didn't get our cookie, and it all looked sloppy. It was HORRIBLE.
Rude hateful employees. Was made to wait 20 minutes to place order to be told they had nothing but water coffee and OJ to drink with my lunch
A couple weeks ago I went in at 1 a.m. waited a good 15 to 20 mins to be sat. They weren't even busy. Watched several tables get sat after us for about 10 minutes. By this time we still hadn't even been approached for a drink order. Then our server walked right by us and took the table next to us' order and they had just got sat. When I told the server we we're leaving and that it was ridiculous we had to wait so long just to receive no service. The purple haired server had the audacity to laugh at me. Awesome service love them
the food is good but all locations dont have enough workers very slow not just us you see people waiting a long time the kids used up all the crayons and people are looking around for wait staff a lot it has not been the same since Austin and Chelsea worked there!!!!!!!!!!
Steak 'n Shake your service sucks. There were 9 of us. 7 were kids. We waited 30 mins for someone to take our drink order. At this point we were already getting up to leave. 45min for another table to still wait for their food to be served. You had 2 tables walk out at the same time last night. Horrible. 👎
