Your drive through needs to be re-evaluated to be more efficient just spent 35 minutes in your drive through and that is just ridiculous
We had to wait to be seated, then wait 15 mins and complain to a manager for a server. Tables around us never bussed, food was luke warm, and manger offered nothing but excuses when we expressed our displeasure with everything. Wont go back again. Poor service, poor management.
You asked for a review so here's my experience yesterday Me: "can I have honey mustered please" Guy at window: "sure!" Closes window. "Everytime someone asks for sauce last minute I yell about it my whole way home!" Opens window "have a great day"
We were there today. The food was fine, however, the place was filthy. My husband reported the men's room as being "disgusting". The floors were dirty, as if they had not been cleaned in sometime. The area where they store the menus had dirt and French fries in it. Very disappointed.
We've been here since 12:05p it's currently 12:48p and we still only drinks. I WILL NOT be back. This is absolutely ridiculous! The only reason I'm staying is because thr kids are hungry and we've waited so long already.
