The past few times Ive come here I've had a good experience, today I did NOT. I went through the drive-thru and was told to pull forward to wait which wasn't a problem, but after 15 minutes I ended up having to get both my small kids out (which is why I chose drive-thru) and into the store. Apparently they forgot my order, I don't know. But they then put my food they had made earlier, and was now cold, in a bag, dumping the fries all over the bag. Was not impressed today at all.
Horrible cups were dirty did not get all of our food
Very very slow service and by the time we did get our food it was luke warm.
Waitress was great. Food was okay. French fries were a lukewarm almost cold. Sandwich was good.
Really bad experience, took 30 minutes after seated to take order, 20 to get food, no drinks until we asked twice, received about 1/2 order of fries, took 30 more minutes for shakes. When received, one of three was right, one was completely wrong the other wasn't ever blended. Took 35 more minutes to get right shake after the server told us that they were out of mint. Was were told they were short handed, but that's no excuse. Burgers were good otherwise would have gotten a one star rating.
Fries were gross. Service sucked. Took 25 minutes for 2 shakes. Never got a refill. Saw my waitress 2 times.
Great food and great waitress very nice will go back again
