They are a great restaurant who serves firefighters & police officers & paramedics & doctors & nurses & rescue workers & I am very happy because they serve my food because I am a career firefighter/captain/commander of the Fort Wayne Fire Department Station 15B & I have been a firefighter for 17 years & I have been a captain for 10 years in the Fort Wayne Fire Department. :)
27 minute wait for a milkshake that was already melted. Then the employee acted like it was a problem to remake it because I ordered a strawberry milkshake and not strawberry milk.
Worst service ever!! Checked on us once waited for a box for 15mins. Never going back.
Today was a nightmare I ordered a burger that came with an egg, first attempt egg wasn't done and was slimy, had them re do it and they were even worse, they only re cooked my egg or should I say burnt it, gave me my same burger and fries which is now ice cold!' The manager is very arrogant and does NOTHING to make it right by the customers! I will say my waitress was amazing but everything else is terrible! I'm not sure what happened since the last time I went in... but now this location is just awful. Hearing cussing from employees in the back while my kid is sitting at the table, never receiving drinks, every table being dirty when we walked in and not even wiping the whole table when seating us, taking 10 minutes to make milkshakes, waiting by the door while employees looked at us but wouldn't seat us, and among other things.... we will not be coming back to this location.
Having previous experience in the food industry, I expected to wait when we came in during the busiest time of day. However, I did not expect to essentially be ignored by our server, who was bubbly and nice when she did make it to our table, and by the manager at the register when we decided to leave without completing our our meal to finish elsewhere. I did immediately report this problem to corporate. Guess we'll see if they decide to follow up.
May 27th. Lunchtime. Possibly the most poorly managed restaurant I have been in for a while. They were busy but had plenty of staff to handle it. Unorganized from the front door. Long wait times and a clear lack of management. One manager was bailing out a clearly overwhelmed cook, the other appeared apathetic or unaware of what to do. Whoever hires and trains managers in this place should resign and let someone else do it.
