Very nice young lady who took care if me. I would like to say something about all Streak and Shake, I think its a shame a waitress has to take care of patrons and they are usually busy, doing drinks also then next thing you know she is not to be seen cause she has to go run register. I think thats crazy with a packed house. And no I don t have relative working there, no one has ever complained to me either. Something I see all the time!
So the food was good. The shakes as well. But my server forgot entirely to bring the shake I ordered. When I got fed up with her ignoring my table I went up to the front counter and showed my receipt just to get my shake. I finally got it, but it was a mess and the cup was sticky like it got ice cream all over it. There was only one employee in the entire building who treated us with respect. I highly doubt I'll ever be visiting this restaurant again.
Everytime we go in this place it's either filthy or it takes forever to get our food. We are just so sad that this store has to be that way. If the dining area looks like that can you imagine what the kitchen looks like. Just poor management. Won't go back.
Waited 15 minutes. Everyone around us got their orders taken. Finally told someone we needed a waitress. Someone came to the table but told us she could only get our drinks and couldn't take our order. Five minutes later we still had no waitress and no drinks. We walked out.
I swear every employee at this steak and shake has the worst attitude, you're all so rude. It's not my fault you messed up my order, least you can do is fix it without acting like a whiny toddler.
Just enjoyed a great lunch! A million thank yous to the kind, anonymous person who paid for it!
The place was disgustingly dirty and our food was awful. Only upside was that our waitress was nice.
Not a good experience waited 35 minutes before a manager came to tell us she didn't know what happen but our order didn't get completed! I knew that the moment i had to ask our server if we could have our drinks and he had to ask me what we ordered! She bought our supper, which we thanked her and told her we knew it wasn't her fault, but our server who lost the order obviously, did not come back to our table to ask if we needed anything or apologize in any way!
