Between my favorites at In-N-Out (not here in Indiana, sadly) and Five Guys (way overpriced), I find Steak 'n Shake a very good medion. Great food, usually good service, although some hours of the day they can be a bit slow. That's sort of a good thing, as during those hours, they are *packed* with people, so "it must be good here" :) Only sort-of comment is that they really could give more fries..that's kinda meager right now !
Ive never gotten through the drive through in under 30 minutes, even if im the only car in line. Tonight i had 2 cars in front of me and it took me 30 minutes just to get to the speaker. After sitting at the speaker for 15 minutes i drove away. Absolutely unacceptable.

My hotel was near here, I got in late and this was pretty much the only thing open. Ordered the slider and fries combo, I ended up getting food poisoning and was puking all night/morning. F@&k this place!
I had the Taco Salad, the veggies are truly fresh and crunchy..I missed not having the vinegar and pepper containers on the table it would had added a another element of favor, besides that my salad was the bomb!! I'm waiting on 2:00 for the shake discount**
Every time I come her the service is just strictly worse than the one on jefferson. I regret it every time.
I ordered an oreo shake. There were a few pieces of oreo on the top of the whipped cream, but NO OREO inside the shake at all. It was just vanilla ice cream. So I took it back and ordered a Choc Covered Strawberry shake instead. The employee that I dealt with said it was the 4th time that had happened that evening. The 2nd shake was AWFUL! Just a pile of chocolate syrup in the bottom and the rest was totally liquid.
