Great food, good prices. Always friendly. Highly recommended!
To Steak 'n Shakes credit the food was very good, but I have never had such lousy service from an entire group of waitress's.
Waiter here was terrible forgot items we ordered it took over an hour to get our food. Then we asked him to change our bill and it took another 25 minutes! Got no refills why we were here. Awful!
They were a bit slow in service. People waited for food a while.
Rude staff in a rush but when it came time and pay we had to wait for 10+ minutes. I will not be going back to this one but the grill area was dirty along with the kitchen floor. They were more focused on drive thru then the in store customer. Staff play too much.
Bad experience with my debit card they over charged me. Went back to talk to them they said they would take care of it n take everything of my card. What they did was change me for everything again including the over charge from before I finally contacted my Bank they said it would be taking care of. Thank God.
