Worse place to eat it was so dirty inside food was cold service was very bad will never eat there again the board of health would have fun there dirty dirty dirty
Soooooo slow. The iced tea was clear.. the fries were cold.. the five way chilly was floating in an inch of grease.. we had to get our own menus. They need more help to keep up. Much more
Service was poor. My prime burger sandwich was raw had blood running out of it. Sent it back. They made another one also raw! We will not go back
Atmosphere with staff seemed lkke nobody gave a damn. Food cold.
Poor service and food. It's hard to mess up grilled cheese but they did...after waiting 45 minutes for our food, the cheese wasn't close to being melted and other food was over cooked. Cook walked out of the restaurant to the manager and other staff's surprise during our time there. Seemed very short staffed all around and mismanaged. Manager did very little to help or motivate staff...all seemed to be in slow motion. We were very disappointed. Hope they can turn it around, but we won't be back.
we love going to steak and shake but tonight the service was extremely slow, the fries were all clumped together and cold, table and floors were dirty and the bathroom needed attention. We waited 10 minutes at the table before they came to get our order. Then another almost 30 minutes to get our food. we had to go to the register before the waitress gave us our bill and then waited another 10 minutes for the manager to come out of the back to ring us up. Service sucked food sucked waited over an hour for hairy ass food!
While the waitress we had was good, she seemed to be the only one working. Not too busy but busy enough. Food came out barely warm
