Totally disgusted with this place. Waited 10 mins to order, then waited an hour before we finally asked for our check for our drinks. Never got our food and the waitress had the nerve to call us jerks!! Dirty tables and beyond rude service! I know its only Steak n Shake but horrible service is inexcusable
Service is terrible! Waited too long to order. Waited too long for waters. When getting our waters it was dumped on the table then we were handed the cloth to clean it our selves. Water was not replaced after being spilt. Flake of something in another water. And still waiting on food.....
Had to use the drive through at 10:45pm on a Monday night because the dining room was closed. No one was in line at the drive through yet I waited near 10 minutes at the ordering spot for them to take my order. Once I got my order the burgers were fine. The fries were not warm, and were extremely hard. (Like they had been sitting for a while) and the 2 shakes that I ordered both were not good. The ice cream used tasted bad. Had me pull to the front door to wait on my food it’s been 15 mins now still no food. Won’t be back!!
Sat for 15 minutes waiting on some one to come take our order and someone that came in after us was waited on first that's seriously sad no trip from me cause all your waitresses were seriously lazy at coldwater
The whole restaurant was very dirty. The ladies restroom had all the trash cans (one by the sink and each one in the stalls) were so packed full and spilling out on the floor. The main trash by the sink was also the way but it was extra bad because it was spill out the door into the restaurant part. There was a cleaning rag on the floor right by our table (the kind that you clean our tables with). There was alot of different kind of trash on the restaurant floor. This was one of the dirtiest steak and shake I have ever ate at. They need to spend some time cleaning. Rest rooms were filthy as crap to. Not happy.
Because it was the worst service I’ve had in a long time. There were three onions grilled on a onion sandwich. My date waited 40 minutes for a Milkshake only to get the toppings all on top, and just vanilla at the bottom. It wasn’t mixed. I had one refill in the almost hour I was painfully forced to sit in this dump.
My poor waitress had no help. She was waiting on 10 tables of people. There was no excuse why she didn’t have help. It took forever for her to try to do her job. I can’t believe she didn’t have any help especially on a holiday. There was another waitress but she never helped anyone that wasn’t at her 3 tables. When I got there, there were only 4 tables that had people. But where was the busser, because ever other table was covered in dirty dishes.
