So i got into the drive thru and had to wait for them to say anything at all for 5 minutes then i get up past the speaker and there are 2 cars in front of me.... I understand they make food to order but the front car got food and ha to wait 3 more minutes to get a single shake.... So im assuming if they sidnt get shakes the car on front of me should only take 2 minutes max... In total since i got a shake im expecting a 20 minute minimum for my order that any other fast food place would have had up in 4 minutes max thank you ... read more
Not real hip on their food but their shakes are awesome!!!!

Just ate there. Wasn't busy at all and out waitress only came to our table to take our order and give us our food. Never checked on us. Drinks weren't refilled. The booth we sat in was ripped and repaired with duct tape and my leg got bruised from sticking to the tape when I got up. Worst service and experience I've ever had.
