So I work for Penn Medicine and take regional rail into work daily from the Marcus Hook station. This morning as I was getting on the 7:20 express train and as I was about to get on the train, one of the Septa employees screamed "No" at the end of the train at me, and when I stopped and looked he continued to scream "No" and finally the train left, just left without me. Trains are almost always on time. Wish you had more buses in Lansdale area but other than that from what I can see your all doing a great job !
In my normal commute to work it usually takes me an hour to get to work it's seems added up to over about one week out the month I have a commute that is at least 3 hours. Has my route changed? No but on average one out of four of my days on average twice during my work week something happens. Like the 18 bus driver says she's going be petty and ignore stops that someone didn't pay was requesting off despite an epileptic kid with a seizure having one on the bus and everyone begging her to stop. You guys have 3 or 4 different schedule apps AS WELL AS being connected with Google and your bus drivers still show up early or late. And not even by 2-3mins. A whole 5. You guys are the worst public transportation when it comes to efficency.
To the Septa CUSTOMER SERVICE worker who I spoke to over the telephone just to confirm if there was any way to buy an online ticket to get my college kid home, if you don't like working in CUSTOMER SERVICE, change it! He was instantly very rude and short with me. I would say additional training is in order!

Can you please explain to the cashiers at 69th Street that it is perfectly acceptable to use money with a tear in it? I tried to pay for tokens today and the bill I gave to the cashier has a tear in the second character in the serial number. I was told that I needed to give her another form of payment because she cannot accept money with a damaged serial number. Where is your update regarding the 4/10 evening commute? My train just stopped at Glenside without any announcement or direction from the conductor on the Warminster train. Don't you have protocols for these types of situations? It's really is quite easy. A conductor shall provide an update to passengers on why the train has stopped and has not moved in 20 minutes.
