I swear 90% of the regional rail employees for Septa are totally incompetent. What would make someone shut the door and drive away when an ambassador was right there flagging them down. Not to mention they waited for someone on the other side��. And these crooks want a raise? Oh please�
The female drivers personalities and attitudes are trash. Everyone deals with crap on their job but if you're that bitter you don't need to work around customers. Go work at a prison where your attitude might be a benefit.
I'm only giving one star because I HAVE TO i order to write this post. The bus driver was rude, my septa key keeps declining although I have money on the card, I tried to show the bus driver my balance and he says " I'm not even looking at your phone" and proceeds to kick me off the bus. I go to check my balance and I WAS CHARGED FOR THE RIDE!! You guys need to fix this and you guys need to train your drives on customer service! If you guys weren't the only show in town I'd never use septa ever again
So yall want more money but the service hasn't gotten any better. Buses, trains, and trollies still arrive late. Most of ur drivers and clerks are rude. Why does the express train stop running at 7:00 and why doesn't it run on weekend?
So far this week you raised my trailpass by $11.00. Tuesday night the Engineer did not stop at the platforms and I had to get down on my butt on the dirty steps to get off of the train. This morning the train only had one Conductor so they didn't open all of the doors (according to him this is your policy when he doesn't have an assistant.) and this engineer did not stop at the platforms either. Your buses run not just late, but 20 mins late. My grandmother walks faster than that. You throw all our schedules when your buses don't stick to the schedule. I almost missed by bus to NYC last week because your buses were late. And there was no storm or rain to delay the buses. Literally one weekend later, I'm going to miss my appointment because 2 buses never showed up! I left early so I could catch an earlier bus.
