I've been riding the 17 bus back and forth daily for the last 5 years. Although it is one of the "better" busses -meaning it supposed to run every 10 minutes, it doesn't. It's always detoured and never on time. And the drivers just whizz by even if your running with your hands in the air screaming please stop! LoL. It's happened more than once to me. But since I don't have a car I have no choice but to succumb to badly run busses.
I wanna ask you guys a few questions! What happened to the 10:22pm MFL it NEVER leaves at 10:22pm it ALWAYS leave at 10:30pm! Right now I got on the train at EXACTLY 10:19pm at 69th st terminal & it is now 10:45pm and the train STILL HAS NOT PULLED OFF! AND there's a septa worker standing on the platform! This is absolutely getting outta hand! I wish I could call the mayors office to let them know how the transportation system is being run
The service is a piece of shit.... They need to be boycotted!!!! Period.... How you raise the price take the ppl money and then give them your ass to kiss.... The worst transit company in the country....better of having a tricycle than to ride this bullshit

This is Septa respond to why the people at 30th station are asking people about their destination. I don't see how this will help them with their problem of fare evasion. I think their policy is an evasion on my privacy, and I will not be answering their question. They are making their problem my problem. I say hire more conductors, on the train if they need them. Septa steals your money and inconvenience you and calls police on you like you stole something all I want is my money they didn't have no problem taking my cash wondering my money.........!!!!!!!!!
Rates increase (over $200 a month when in zone 4 for monthly pass) yet according to your website the train for Wilmington-Newark on time rate was in the 62-69% range most of June?? Why should we pay more for a service that is only provide a portion of the time? Will we get a % of our fares refunded when late? It is sad when I have to plan any meetings based on the fact that I will likely be late because of Septa-with their standard excuse of "blame Amtrak".
WORST TRANSPORTATION IN THE COUNTRY ALWAYS LATE RUDE AND NEVER CLEAN ALL THE BUSES AND FACILITIES ARE DIRTY PLUS CONSTANTLY CHANGING THE FARES TO GO UP
