Does SEPTA really want to know what I think? I am a 51 year old man with C.P. A heart condition and breathing problems! For the past 5 years your fair collector at the Tioga Market Frankford station has been doing nothing but harassing me, She says I didn't put enough money in or hold me up so I miss the train and I have to wait in the heat and cold for the next train! I have called and filed complaint after complaint, today I loss my handicap pass so I put my fair in and told her that" I lost my reduced fair card"! She then ... read more

Is this review for this site or for SEPTA service? For this site, the employees who reply to comments/posts are quick to reply and courteous. That said, I know they have to reply as their employer, SEPTA, tells them to reply. For instance, I asked why SEPTA is blocking passengers from reaching the platform at Center City Regional Rail stations from 3 to 7, requiring passengers to show a pass or get a ticket punched first. I pointed out that this began only when the Silverliner trains were taken out of service, and SEPTA gave... read more

Why have a bus schedule if you are not going to have the buses at that time. The 10:07 route 20 bus isn't running any more? I've tried taking it 3 different times and it never showed up making everyone have to wait 40 minutes to the next bus this is horrible customer service but should I expect anything else from a company that could care less about there rides.

Consistently lackluster service. Buses are always late, or just never show up. I’ve had many drivers speed past me at a bus stop over the years. If SEPTA wasn’t a monopoly they would have long been out of business for extremely poor service.

Last week during the first Sunday of the construction of the regional rail. I arrived at Fern Rock to catch the bus. However I didn't really pay attention to the schedule. Anyway one the septa workers offered me a ride to Glenside. I truly want to thank Margaret for her help.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Every day I try to catch the 3:13 40 bus at 34th and spruce. And every day ( 4 out of 5) by 3:20, it has not come, so I have to pay $11.00 to get to pick up my daughter on time from school. What am i paying 96.00 a month for, when I have to pay 11.00 a day for a taxi? I even tried leaving work early to catch the 2:58 bus but that is usually early- like today. There is no consistency and your service is the worst I have ever experienced with ANY company.

Tell your drivers when they see people running for the bus when they haven’t even pulled off yet or even standing at the bus stop and they keep going it rude and disrespectful especially when they are the last bus of the night!!

I'm stuck with Septa as the only other option is driving the Schuylkill every day. While a couple of the conductors on the Paoli line are friendly and courteous, those on the late night trains often don't even announce the stops, and we're left wondering where we are in the dark. The line has yet to give me just one full week of on-time service in the 18 months since I started working in the city. Right now, at 5:49 pm, I'm sitting on the 5:34 to Paoli, which is still sitting at Suburban. Meanwhile, the announcer keeps sayin... read more
