Regional rail service has been terrible as of late. One thing is equipment problems another are employees who have no communication skills and no product knowledge. I'm glad septa is spending money on implementing technology such as turnstiles and keycards at regional rail stations that were the norm in other cities fifteen years ago, please train your employees a little better.

You need to just get rid of that Google option where it tells you what "trains" are coming next. This is the 5th time it keeps saying trains are coming that are never coming. And now I'm gonna miss my amtrak. Because I was stupid enough to put any sort of trust in this system. Just get rid of it, you are hindering more customers then helping.
I take the L bus the bus has been detouring for months not one sign is posted. This morning some of the buses detoured some didn't. I am disgusted with septa, what because it's a black neighborhood y'all don't care about posting signs. I really hate septa, this that is happening with the l bus is the main reason why. You care nothing about the people in this city. I'm disgusted with y'all. I can't believe that is how you are conducting business.
Might help if ur app accurately reflected the new times of the 14, if u use what's on the septa website which is supported by Google maps, they are giving out THE WRONG TIMES ALL DAY ON THE 14, THIS IS RIDICULOUS, THIS SHOULD BE UPDATED WITH THE NEW SCHEDULES!!!!!
SEPTA regularly runs buses and trains behind schedule. When you ask SEPTA employees why their transportation is running behind schedule they often tell you that these delays were actually planned by SEPTA and they were expecting this. SEPTA, if you plan on delaying the MFL, for example, don't you think you should then shift the schedules of connecting transportation so that people who get on your train that's running nearly 15 minutes late don't miss a connection that they should have 10 minutes to make? Just got off of Route 33, bus no. 7373, and the drivers professionalism is amazing! The patience he displayed with the disabled man when his electric chair wasn’t working, after arriving at his stop, showed decency and humanity! Awesome driver! He’s a keeper!
Was almost late to work today. 113 bus that was supposed to come at 706. Came at the same time the 722 bus came. Problems with windshield wipers. But check the buses before a shift starts to make sure everything works
