Seriously septa. Waited for a bus over 40 mins during rush hours then customer service never knows what's going on. This is the worst transportation system ever
Worst company ever buses always late every other day the fares go up and the service gets worst. Septa made me late to work so many times.
I have been numerously harassed by SEPTA regional rail ticket collectors on the 30th St Station while trying to catch my 2:56pm train. I was physically blocked from entering the platform and told there is a law stating I must have a ticket or a pass to board any train that departs around 3pm, including my 2:56pm train. A law?! Septa drivers are incredibly rude no matter if you have disability or not. i have had buses leave me even with me knocking on their door AT bus stop. And even though you have a mobility issue they take off even though it's obvious some people have serious mobility issues. I have nearly falling because people wont give up their seat for me and the driver doesn't give disabled people the chance to find a seat before driving like their at Nascar
In case anyone was curious, SEPTA still SUCKS! I am someone that relies on this “service” to get to and from work. Every single day I have to deal with a delay or a cancellation and they do not give 2 shits about the paying customer. I pray to god that one day SEPTA drops off the face of the earth. Employees are ignorant for the most part and they don’t really care about providing you with updates, nor do they care if you have to stand outside and wait in freezing cold temperatures waiting for the train to hopefully arrive. ... read more

No shows of scheduled buses is kind of a big punch in the face to paying customers. Route 107 to 69 street terminal stop Garrett and Burnley at 8:55am Saturday 1/13/18. I was there freezing my ass off 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Where were you guys? Now I am late for a Drs appointment which I will have a late fee. Unacceptable! Terrible service, terrible timing, terrible organization! Spare me the excuses to. I about heard them all!
