Septa totally messed up the exit from the Eagles Parade at 13th street by not having any control over the lines trying to board the Subway there. Numbers can get very overwhelming but to not have a single person above ground to direct the line and make sure people did not cut in was very irresponsible on their part. Also unfortunately the Philadelphia Police Department which had many officers at the intersection of 13th and Market did not help with the line at all
Want to than the entire staff at Septa for providing amazing transportation for all the eagles fans to and from the victory parade. This was my first time riding Septa and was amazed at the level of service provided for the event. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful in directing us to our destinations. Job Well Done!
Thanks for blocking the PARADE yesterday as we stood out there in the cold for hours with hopes of enjoying the first EVER EAGLES super bowl VICTORY you are the real mvp #Ruinedthemoment
Just saw a video of people who waited 6 hours to watch the Eagles Championship parade and just as the parade got to them your buses pulled up and blocked them. Horrible.

SEPTA gets 5 stars from me on their amazing service and organization for today’s EAGLES super bowl parade. The experience on the El and the Broad Street line was seamless from start to finish and the employees were extremely helpful. Nice job!
Thank you Septa for the worst experience I have ever had with your system. No communication, rude and ignorant staff and total disregard for your passengers. Waiting 3 hours in the cold for a train because you failed to have the appropriate staffing and not even having an ounce of care to tell the riders. This is why this city will never host a major event like the super bowl, the transit authority sucks to high heaven and doesn't care! You need to train your drivers on the root better. The 62 bus til the wrong exit from 76 and has now been driving around trying to get back to wissahickon
