Septa is a bunch of THIEVES! The quick trip pass is only valid for the day you use it and it cost the same price as a one-way fare but you can’t get a transfer with it. Just another way to steal people’s money. They are a bunch of criminals with their policy and employees.
As a disabled veteran, my husband was not allowed to purchase a disability ticket for tomorrow's parade. It seems, FOR TODAY ONLY, disabled riders must be a card carrying SEPTA rider. Way to treat your veterans, SEPTA.
I am deeply disappointed in the fact that Trenton Transit Station was given not one ticket to sell for the Super Bowl Celebration. As much as NJ use Septa Services daily we weren't given a second thought about Tickets being sold at TTN. I am so disappointed and this decision. After the disappointing news Customer Services was supposed to call me back in 15 minutes so they say. Long behold I am still waiting. Disappointed in Septa.
Leave it up to SEPTA to make a mess of the Super Bowl parade passes. I just got back from Holland where I could get train tickets anywhere by phone/web, and here we are queuing up at 5am for 2 hours in the freezing cold only to have them run out. Let’s get with the times people! Not surprised considering the bad service I got riding regional rails for 10 years, thank god I don’t work in Philly anymore.

Really closing down half of the stations for the parade ??? Way to inconvenience the people who use your shitty service everyday
You just told people they shouldn't go to work on Thursday, so that a parade going can have their seat. What exactly to you have to say to people like my husband who needs to get to Jefferson Hospital for Cancer treatment? You should be ashamed by acting like the parade is the most important thing in the world. Get your priorities straight.
